The UNECE Regional Conference on the Circular Economy will take place on 26 June at the Palais des Nations in Geneva. The Conference is held under the auspices of UNECE’s regional knowledge-sharing network, Circular STEP.

The Conference will focus on four aspects of the circular economy transition:

  1. Leveraging innovations for the circular economy
  2. Attracting investments for the circular economy transition through public-private  partnerships
  3. Advancing the circular economy in agri-food value chains
  4. Improving traceability of products along international value chains for the circular economy.

The Regional Conference is being organised jointly by two UNECE committees as part of their annual sessions: the Committee on Innovation, Competitiveness and Public-Private Partnerships (CICPPP, 24-26 June) and the Steering Committee on Trade Capacity and Standards (SCTCS, 26-28 June).

Registration is mandatory. Please use the registration link for attending either of the two committees (CICPPP and SCTCS) even if you plan to attend only the Conference on 26 June.
