On 17 and 18 June, FOLOU and WASTELESS projects will be hosting a two-day webinar Current developments in food Loss & waste reduction. The aim of the webinar will be to unveil the current developments in food loss and waste reduction to pave the way for a sustainable future.

Day 1

  • Policy & Regulatory Strategies: Keynote presentations and discussions on EU-level policies and strategies for food loss monitoring and reduction
  • Digital Tools for Measurement: Explore innovative digital tools and methodologies for measuring food loss and waste throughout the supply chain.

Day 2

  • Innovative Practices: Learn about initiatives and practices across Europe tackling food loss and waste
  • Valorisation Strategies: Discover strategies for valorising by-products and reducing food loss through innovative approaches.
