The International Conference – Strategies toward Green Deal Implementation: Water, Raw Materials & Energy in Green Transition will be taking place for the fifth time this year. It will explore climate change and ways to prevent it.
This includes innovative solutions (technological, environmental, economic and social) that can be implemented under the Green Deal strategies. The conference tackles a wide range of thematic areas, such as the circular economy, water reuse and recycling, and waste-free and environmentally-friendly food systems. Scientists and entrepreneurs active in the fields of water, raw materials or energy are invited to present papers on studies covering environmental management, environmental protection and environmental engineering, with a focus on water, raw materials or energy.
Abstracts must be sent in English by 30 September, on any of the topics listed here.
Presentations and posters for the accepted abstracts must be sent in English or Polish by 31 October.
The conference is organised by the Division of Biogenic Raw Materials at the Mineral and Energy Economy Research Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences, Krakow. There is no charge for participating in the conference.
The conference will take place from 27 to 29 November in hybrid format (online and on-site in Krakow, Poland). It will be in Polish and English. Registration (for those not intending to present a paper).
The programme will be available in early November.
