ZeroW is a Horizon 2020-funded project working to provide innovative solutions for significantly reducing food loss and waste. It involves all actors in the food system, and aims to accelerate the just transition to a socially, economically and environmentally sustainable food system for all.

ZeroW will hold a workshop bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders, including ZeroW Partners, research institutions, startups, industry associations, regulatory authorities and more. They will discuss how to market innovative food loss and waste solutions produced during the research and development stage of EU projects.

The workshop will provide insights into the challenges and successes of commercialising EU-funded innovations, with a focus on the practical aspects of this transition.
