EUIndTech2025 is an EU flagship event organised under the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU. It will focus on technological solutions, particularly digital, ecological and circular ones.
It will bring together stakeholders from research organisations, industry, industry associations, NGOs and policy makers to discuss state-of-the-art technologies, technological challenges and future trends in the field of industrial technologies. It will focus on presenting solutions and best practices while developing written recommendations for new EU policies in four key areas: technology, materials, science and business, community in action.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the EU’s policies related to industrial technologies, including the Clean Industrial Deal, progress in Advanced Materials, the implementation of the Critical Raw Materials and Net-Zero Industry Acts, the Strategic Plan for Horizon Europe (2025-2027) and the strategic vision for the next Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (2028-2035). Keynote speakers will include representatives from the European Commission, the European Parliament, the United Nations, and national and regional governments.
This conference for the European industrial technology community will offer a valuable platform for networking and exchanging ideas on future projects and related activities. There will be structured networking opportunities, including matchmaking and pitching sessions.
EUIndTech2025 will also serve as a forum for promoting innovative solutions, research and EU and international projects, as well as initiatives by regional bodies. It will highlight synergies with other programmes, such as Horizon Europe, EU partnerships and various national and regional initiatives.
Young researchers, SMEs, start-ups and volunteers will be able to present their work during dedicated poster sessions. The Best Poster Award and several competitions dedicated to students are also planned. The conference is an excellent platform for disseminating project results and showcasing scientific achievements. Organisations and industries can promote their innovative solutions through booths and advertisements.
There will be various sessions on 2-3 June and five study visits to production plants and research and development centres in the Małopolska region on 4 June.
This conference will take place in English and in person only on 2 to 4 June in Krakow. The timing coincides with the anticipated opening of the Horizon Europe 2025 calls for proposals. Participation is free of charge, and registration will open shortly via the conference web page.
