New advisory programmes by the Circular City Centre (C3)

The Circular City Centre (C3) is a competence and resource centre led by the European Investment Bank and co-funded by the European Commission as part of the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI). To support EU cities in their transition to a circular economy, C3 offers two advisory programmes:

1. the Circular City Advisory (CCA) programme supports cities in their circular transition, from developing circular economy strategies to preparing circular projects for financing and implementation, and
2. the Circular Project Advisory (CPA) programme helps cities prepare circular projects and access financing.

Recognising the role of cities as cradles and catalysts of circular action and change, C3 helps cities to make circular progress and identify and prepare sound circular projects for financing.

C3 can help cities address many of the linear problems they struggle with today, so that they can become more resilient, resourceful, clean and liveable for residents and businesses.
