The InvestCEC project is pioneering a replicable model driving the implementation of circular economy projects across European cities and regions.
Focused on enhancing collaboration among entrepreneurs, investors and policy makers, this EU-funded project aims to facilitate sustainable transformations in the EU. The city of Klagenfurt am Wörthersee (Austria) is the testing ground, and subsequent activities aim to create accessible guidelines and tools for widespread adoption. The project will run for 36 months and aims to raise awareness among investors and public authorities about the economic and financial opportunities of circular economy solutions.
Entrepreneurs and SMEs from across Europe are now invited to submit proposals for business cases that promote circular economy solutions, either in the city of Klagenfurt or in other European cities.
