This online workshop is organised by the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI). It specifically targets cities, regions and other project promoters involved in the CCRI and beyond working on circular solutions at local level – this includes those who have been part of the group of CCRI pilots, involved in CCRI demonstration projects or have received Project Development Assistance (PDA) under Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe.
One major problem often encountered is that although significant amounts of grant funding are channelled to research and innovation projects in Europe by EU and national schemes, very few operations subsequently manage to attract investment and reach the commercialisation and scale-up stages.
This webinar aims to present advisory services (the EIB’s Circular City Centre – C3 and Green Assist) that can help actors ensure that their circular solutions truly reach maturity and become investment ready.
